Responsibilities
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns and drip email campaigns.
- Identify target audience and grow our email distribution list
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Write newsletters including all company updates
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
- Create email databases for lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements with a clear hypothesis and expectations.
- Have a strong email drip marketing strategy and execute on it to manage lifecycle.
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Requirements
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Dynamics and be able to use to a advanced level.
- Has experience in using other softwares to create personalised drip campaigns.
- Must have the ability to carry our A/B testing
- Test with supporting tech (SMS, In-App Notifications, Email, Promptâs, etc.)
- Complete Data cleansing and hygiene to ensure CRM is up to date
- Identify and create new assets to support lifecycle (videos, landing pages, etc.)
- Ensure a high delivery rate of emails, and click through rates.
