About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a UI Engineer to join the wallet team at Trust Machines and help us craft a beautiful cryptocurrency wallet.This role is critical in building a premier user experience for the Stacks ecosystem, fostering an engaged user base, and broadening the wallet’s capabilities within the Bitcoin realm.
What You’ll Do:
- Build high-impact, delightful user experiences for our Web Extension and mobile app
- Contribute to our growing design system & UI library
- Collaborate with the design team to find elegant solutions to complex problems
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience building consumer software, and a start up mindset
- Preference for remote, open source work
- Located within GMT −5 and +3
- Experience with Typescript and modern web frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of Web APIs, state management, accessibility, and performance
- Recognises importance of thorough integration testing
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles
- Interaction design and animation experience
- Strong skills in designing scalable and maintainable software architecture
- Excitement to work in the crypto industry
We’d Also Like to See:
- Experience with React Native or Web Extensions
- Knowledgable about Bitcoin or other blockchains
