We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic DeFi Analyst to join our team, bringing expertise in blockchain analytics and a passion for advancing decentralized finance. You will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, driving insights, and contributing to the growth and success of our cutting-edge platform.

Responsibilities:

• You will be a part of the Customer Success team and work with various data sources and types.
• Be an integral part of and improve our data pipeline and the client onboarding process.
• Be in charge of analyzing complex datasets and translating them into valuable insights using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
• Provide data visualization both for internal and external purposes.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Take part in the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to address complex business problems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and blockchain technology.
  
  

• 2+ years experience in web3
• Excitement around crypto / web3 and desire to truly integrate yourself into the ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience experience in modeling or analyzing DeFi protocols
• Excellent SQL knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and simultaneously on different tasks, lead multiple projects and get things done.
• Proficient in Python coding.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Chaos Labs provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is $100,000 - $150,000.
