Bridgesplit is developing the DeFi stack for unique assets on Solana, enabling new financial products like collateralized lending of NFTs.

Bridgesplit is hiring for a Head of Growth who will work closely with the product and community team to establish relationships and opportunities for product growth. Responsibilities include partnership opportunity sourcing and management and business development. Compensation will include a competitive combination of salary and equity.
