Compensation package:
$150K - $175K base + equity (1-4%)
+ commission structure (% of yearly revenue, currently closing 7 figure deals)

Customer base & ideal candidate network: DeFi protocols, OTC desks, RPC providers, Wallet connect companies, L2âs etc..
What You'll Do:
As our Head of Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and partnership initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
âą Spearheading the sales and partnership processes, working autonomously to identify opportunities and cultivate relationships.
âą Crafting and refining marketing strategies and messaging to resonate with our target audience.
âą Establishing the foundations for long-term success by implementing highly structured processes and workflows.
âą Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive results.
We're seeking a proactive and organized individual with a deep understanding of the crypto market.
Key qualifications include:
âą Experience in a similar role within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a track record of success.
âą Existing contacts and network, particularly with high-level executives in crypto companies, L2s, and LSDs.
âą Comfortable engaging with CTOs, CEOs, and Founders to foster strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
âą Crypto-native with technical literacy and a comprehensive understanding of market trends and dynamics.
