We are building a digital bank that provides easy access to web2 and web3 services across

traditional finance, crypto, NFT’S, gaming and meta verse.

Location: New York

Role:

• Lead various strategic initiatives within this scaling start up.
• Naturally you'll wear many hats enabling the executive team to execute on the companies highest priorities.
• The Chief of Staff will be a strategic, structured, organized, and adaptable leader who will support the CEO on high-visibility and strategic work that is key

To thrive in this role, you have:

• Previous experience in product led organizations ideally Fintech, Crypto Currency or other financial services organization
• You are familiar with core banking
• An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff, and dig in to get to the bottom of problems
• Experience at a fast-growing start up in a cross-functional environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead without authority: You will spend most of your time with all key leaders of the company so you should be comfortable assessing yourself while still being able to build strong relationships with everyone. You should also have a sophisticated mix of emotional intelligence, judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and political acumen.
