Husky Labs "Growth studio in Web3" is looking for an SMM Manager to join our team of professionals.

This position is ideal for you if you like to create high-quality and exciting content, think creatively and generate cool ideas aligned with storytelling and brand design.

As an SMM specialist, you will create and implement the overall content strategy based on the business goals of the projects and be able to bring your ideas directly to C-level. This position stands for content development + wild creativity that manages every aspect of social media growth.

What makes you a perfect fit?

• 2+ years of experience as an SMM in Web3 as a must.

• You have a portfolio with the articles/content/videos you’ve created before;

• Successful cases of growing at least one social network from scratch (TikTok, Linkedin, Twitter or Discord).

• You know how to generate and implement ideas tha;

• You follow trends in social networks, design tools and applications;

• Strong communication skills;

• Proficiency in using modern project and design management tools like Notion, Figma, Trello, etc.

• Advanced English level (spoken and written).

What will your job be like?

• Content plan creation and its implementation in social networks;

• Analysis of market trends and competitors;

• Formation of the technical task for the designer and control of its execution;

• Creating video creatives (with the help of a video designer or by your own) with you as a main character and a face of the brand.

• Increasing involvement around the project: planning giveaways, invite challenges, quizzes, etc. to attract the audience;

• Full ownership of social networks with control of comments and incoming requests (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn);

• Copywriting of guidelines and manuals for community.

An additional advantage will be:

• Desire and passion for NFT and crypto.

• Experience in influence marketing;

• Experience growing NFT projects;

• Figma design skills (ability to design banners)
