About the Role
As a Product Designer, youāll be working closely with our Product and Design leadership team to help deliver an incredible experience to CryptoSlam users. Along with working with our Product and Engineering teams to bring new products to market and improve existing products, youāll support our marketing and branding efforts by cultivating and maintaining a strong visual brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Work with various stakeholders across the organization to capture requirements and translate them into wireframes and clickable prototypes.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing products and be able to validate those hypotheses with experimentation and a data-driven approach.
- Work with an agile development team to help deliver products to market quickly and effectively.
- Capture, document, and help instill the company values and culture in our products.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a product design role.
- A demonstrated interest in NFTs, crypto, web3ā¦ DeFi is okay if you havenāt spent much time in NFTs (yet).
- An entrepreneurial spirit - we move fast and youāll be expected to figure a lot of things out on your own. Weāre growing very fast and building new products and processes every day.
- Experience with rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and conducting UX research. Data is central to every decision we make.
- Experience working with a diverse stack of modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment.
