The Controller will report to the CFO and is the focal point for all operational, accounting and finance-related activities for the Management Company and General Partner entities at Paradigm. This requires establishing cross-functional relationships to understand business needs, while taking corresponding action across all facets of the Management Company and General Partnerships. The best candidate balances strong accounting acumen and reporting capabilities with an operational mindset.
