Title: Chief Marketing Officer (Web3) - Data Driven Mindset Important

Location: Remote (Anywhere Globally, working with an EST timezone team)

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 p/a + tokens

About The Role

This privacy based blockchain project has seen an incredible rise with TVL on their DEX rising from $4m-$6m per week consistently as the market continues to seek privacy focused institutional and retail products. You'll be joining a start-up which in the midst of the bear market is outperforming most other teams in terms of growth. They build smartly using data to inform all the decisions they take.

What you'll be doing:

As CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), you'll be expected to do the same in the things that you do, able to consistently gather, aggregate and utilise data to inform your marketing decisions. The team aren't looking for a super creative who can build a beautiful website or marketing campaign. They're looking for a Marketing SCIENTIST.

What we’re looking for:

If you're someone who instead of waking up and thinking I'll go check Twitter, you've already previously automated a market sentiment dashboard that informs your team and yourself in real time. We want to talk to you.

If you're someone who instead of testing 1 landing page at a time, has built a script which simultaneously creates multiple variations of landing pages and linked them to a google ads campaign to micro-target different geographical niches. We want to talk to you!

If you're someone who instead of reactively follows new accounts on social media to increase user acquisition and reach but instead has automated using AI tools a way to stay in the conversations every day and follow hundreds of relevant accounts each day on different socials! or use AI to analyse the most trending topics and automate social media posting based on the changing narratives. WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!

• You'll need at least 3 years experience in Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Knowledge of Web3, you don't need to be a DeFi Wizard, but you certainly need to understand the general web3 narrative enough to be able to stay up to date and know where you should be staying up to date in the space
• A background in Data Science would be great to see but not necessary
• You keep up with the latest AI tools and actively have used them in previous roles

The role is 100% remote, working async with an EST timezone, some crossover of hours is accommodated, with a general token package on top of the base compensation also on offer
