We are seeking highly motivated UX/UI Designers to join our Talent Network. The ideal candidate is a stellar designer who is eager to build first-rate products and loves working with people, and is excited about delivering beautiful designs and meeting or beating deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Â Designing graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets that meet the needs of our target audience.
- Â Building page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Â Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
- Â Developing UI wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites functions.
- Â Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate on feedback-based designs.
- Â Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Â Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
Requirements
- Â Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a product-based company.
- Â Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Â Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design decisions.
- Â Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Â Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Â Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Â Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
