What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responsible for BD work in the field of blockchain finance, including DeFi, staking and the planning, design and iteration of new innovative products.
- Understand blockchain industry and platform business, with high market sensitivity, be able to track and study the hot trending of the industry, understand and participate in the Defi product, and be able to implement it regularly.
- Expand and select high-quality Public chain projects and on-chain Defi products that can cooperate with the platform, be responsible for the follow-up of the project, and complete the project-related industry understanding and market analysis.
- Output cooperation plans with global resource projects, be able to introduce traffic to platform by using project’s resources and influences.
- Establish a good relationship with overseas blockchain investment institutions and conduct cooperation analysis and evaluation for the platform's project resources with potential for future cooperation.
- Regularly conduct research on new trends in the industry, summarize the highlights of the new trends, and maintain attention to projects in relative field.
What We Look For In You:
- More than 3 years of working experience in the blockchain industry or financial industry.
- Possess an overseas study or work background, and an understanding of the overseas market is preferred.
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to conduct overseas business meetings.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in DeFi and staking product design.
- Ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $141,000to $252,000.
The salaryoffered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
