【Job Responsibilities】
1. Be responsible for the growth strategy and results of the product on the Reddit platform, clearly defining the role of Reddit in brand exposure, community trust, SEO/GEO, and user conversion.
2. Build and operate the product's own subreddit, making it a long-term content asset that handles user discussions, product awareness, usage scenarios, and search traffic.
3. Plan the product's participation in the Reddit ecosystem, identify high-value communities and topic opportunities, and increase the natural appearance frequency of the brand among target users.
4. Establish Reddit content and interaction strategies, and continuously track community visits, content interactions, search indexing, AI answer citations, and conversion signals, and iterate the growth strategy based on data.

【Qualifications】
1. Have verifiable successful experience in Reddit growth, have built/operated a Reddit presence for a brand or product, and be able to demonstrate the results in terms of community coverage, interaction growth, brand exposure, search visibility, off-platform traffic, or conversion.
2. Be familiar with Reddit community culture, understand subreddit rules, community trust, content context, and anti-marketing mechanisms, and do not view Reddit as a regular social media posting channel.
3. Have the ability to judge English content and data awareness, be able to determine whether the content is suitable for Reddit, and iterate the strategy based on visits, interactions, exposure, indexing, citations, and conversion signals.
4. Have an owner mindset, be able to proactively define problems, formulate strategies, advance execution, review results, and collaborate with growth, SEO, product, and content teams in the early growth stage.
