Blockchain.com is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable process for our LATAM entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, calculating withholding taxes, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting accounts payable for other entities as needed. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met. Regularly monitor the AP email account to receive invoices from vendors and answer inquiries. Accurately upload invoices to NetSuite. Ensure all invoices are also uploaded to Onvio for record-keeping and tracking. Review unpaid invoice reports to identify pending payments. Accurately calculate withholding taxes for each payment. Create and distribute withholding tax certificates to vendors. Initiate payments on the bank Homebanking page. Update payment status in NetSuite & Onvio once payments are made. Inform vendors about payments via email. Prepare monthly reports detailing all Withholdings. Account reconciliations. Follow up with vendors to reclaim any missing invoices or documentation. End of Month tasks - Close. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned such as special projects and other administrative tasks, mainly related to helping with the rest of the world (ROW) AP.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role (2-5 years) or similar experience. Proficiency in accounting software, NetSuite is a plus. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite / Google environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Withholding expertise Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. Fluency in English, written and spoken.
