We are seeking a Lead ML Engineer with a passion for highly configurable digital avatars and intuitive content tools that spark user creativity. In this role, you will design and implement advanced machine learning models, algorithms, and systems to tackle complex business challenges. As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical guidance to junior professionals and contribute to shaping the company’s machine learning strategies. Your responsibilities will also include researching emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless deployment and scalability of ML solutions. What You’ll be Doing: 

Design & develop generative models (Diffusion, GANs, VAEs, NeRF, Gaussian Splatting) for 3D mesh generation, texture maps, and procedural content creation. Work with 3D geometry processing (segmentation, tagging, optimization). Optimize ML-generated 3D assets for real-time use in XR, mobile, or game engines. Collaborate with graphics engineers to integrate AI-generated assets into pipelines (Houdini, OpenUSD, shaders, real-time rendering).

What You Should Have: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in machine learning or related fields. Experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. Deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow), generative models (Diffusion, GANs, VAEs) 3D geometry experience (meshes, texture generation, post-processing) 3D graphics APIs (OpenGL, Vulkan, DirectX) and shaders (nice to have) Some C++ knowledge for real-time optimization (not mandatory) Game engine experience (Unity, Unreal, or custom engines) is a plus
