Job Description Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Financial Risk Oversight team. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in building a career in financial risk management, with exposure to capital, liquidity, market, and counterparty risk oversight, stress testing governance, and prudential risk frameworks Job Description: Your way to impact In this role, you will directly support the development of a strong risk culture across the organization. By contributing to critical second-line functions, you’ll gain exposure to how a company measures and manages financial resilience. Your work will help ensure sound risk practices in both traditional finance and crypto products, influence risk-informed decision-making, and support regulatory compliance efforts. You’ll be part of a dynamic and evolving risk environment—helping shape policies and processes that protect the company and its customers Your day-to-day Second Line Financial Risk Support

Assist in monitoring and reporting on capital, liquidity, market, and counterparty risk exposures. Help review first-line risk activities and provide support in documenting second-line assessments. Contribute to maintaining risk policies and tracking compliance with internal requirements.

Stress Testing Governance Support

Support the coordination of internal stress testing activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and documenting outcomes. Assist in scenario analysis by gathering data and conducting initial research under guidance. Help ensure documentation and processes follow established policies and procedures.

Prudential Risk Support

Provide assistance in the preparation and review of key prudential risk deliverables, including the ICAAP, ILAAP, and Recovery and Wind-Down Plans. Help compile inputs from various stakeholders and assist in formatting and validating data for regulatory submissions.

What do you need to bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
