Business Operations Analyst
We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Development Team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison with our partners, managing contract agreements, deal settlement processes, and other operational workflows critical to supporting the firm's growth initiatives.
Job Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of client and partner contracts, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee all operational aspects of deal settlements, ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless execution
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to align contract terms with business objectives
- Identify inefficiencies in business development processes and design solutions to enhance operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, contract management, or deal settlement in the finance industry
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, settlements, and workflows
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in the finance or quantitative trading space
