- Genuine interest in the business with the ability to quickly grasp complex processes and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong capability to identify nuances and ensure accuracy in both analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or other analytical software. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability for delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Prior experience in financial services, risk management, or fintech is an advantage.
