Backend Developer Jobs in Web3

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Backend developer to join our team and contribute to the growth of the TON ecosystem.

Responsibilities and Goals

You will work in a startup environment with high individual responsibility and freedom to work remotely, being responsible for the development of the backend services that implement various web-3 integrations, serve client-side applications, and provide API for TON Society partners:

• Playing a major role in all stages of development: from design to launch
• Building new features from scratch and supporting existing ones

Qualifications

• Highly skilled in Go (3+ years of professional experience)
• Thorough understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis
• Profound experience with distributed task queues
• Experience with backend scaling techniques and load testing
• Experience with GCP or any other cloud provider, Terraform, and CI/CD tools are highly desirable
• Knowledge of k8s and Helm is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, i.e., Grafana and Sentry
• Practical knowledge of basic blockchain data structures, e.g., hashing, Merkle trees, etc.
• Experience in development on TON blockchain is a plus
• B1+ English level (we use English in task management tools and to write all the documentation)
