You might be a good fit if you have:
• 4+ years of experience with Go and backend systems • Strong knowledge of data structures and software design principles • Proven experience in building scalable and high-performance indexing systems, preferably for social media platforms or similar large-scale applications • Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, and microservice architectures • Experience with networking, filesystems, and databases • Experience working on large-scale systems • Understanding of indexing and querying techniques • Can work well independently, as well as on a team • Like working on small, fast-moving teams • Like learning and building new things
