BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage. Since our founding in 2013, we have focused on enabling our clients to securely navigate the digital asset space. With a global presence and multiple Trust companies, BitGo serves thousands of institutions, including many of the industry's top brands, exchanges, and platforms, and millions of retail investors worldwide. As the operational backbone of the digital economy, BitGo handles a significant portion of Bitcoin network transactions and is the largest independent digital asset custodian, and staking provider, in the world. For more information, visit www.bitgo.com.We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations lead to serve as the primary conduit between BitGo and the investment community. You will play a pivotal role in guiding BitGo since our recent Initial Public Offering (IPO), ensuring our strategic value is clearly communicated to shareholders and analysts as we transition to a publicly traded company. This is a high-visibility role that requires a deep understanding of both the cryptocurrency landscape and institutional finance. You will work closely with our Executive Team to ensure the market understands BitGo’s strategic value as the "safety standard" for the digital asset industry. Responsibilities:

Develop and refine BitGo’s equity story, translating complex technical and regulatory achievements (e.g., Infrastructure, Qualified Custody, Trust Charters) into compelling investment themes. Own the creation of investor decks, quarterly update letters, board meeting materials, and press releases regarding funding or financial milestones. Act as the first line of defense for investor inquiries during market volatility or industry-wide events, ensuring consistent and transparent messaging. Maintain active relationships with existing investors (VCs, PE firms, Strategic Partners) and cultivate relationships with prospective institutional investors for future capital raises or public market readiness. Represent BitGo at key financial and fintech conferences; organize investor days to showcase executive leadership. Maintain a comprehensive database of investor interactions, meeting notes, and sentiment analysis to inform executive decision-making.

Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence:

Monitor the operating and financial performance of peer companies (both public and private) and provide regular competitive intelligence reports to the C-Suite. Collaborate with the FP&A team to ensure external guidance aligns with internal forecasts; assist in modeling long-term growth scenarios for valuation purposes. Synthesize investor feedback and market perception to help shape BitGo’s long-term strategy and product roadmap.

Qualifications:

5-8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or a strategic finance role at a high-growth Fintech or Crypto company. Deep intellectual curiosity about the Digital Asset economy. You should understand the difference between "Hot Wallets" and "Qualified Custody," and be able to articulate why regulation is a moat for BitGo. Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills. You can distill complex topics (e.g., MPC technology, WBTC wrapping) into clear business logic for non-technical investors. Strong fluency in financial statements, valuation methodologies, and key SaaS/Fintech metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, AUC). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.

Why Join BitGo? Disrupting an industry takes vision, innovation, passion, technical chops, drive to deliver, collaboration, and execution. Join a team of great people who strive for excellence and personify our corporate values of ownership, craftsmanship, and open communication. We are looking for new colleagues who bring innovative ways of thinking and problem solving, and who want risks to be part of the team that changes the world’s financial markets. Do blockchain developers work from home?

Yes, many blockchain developers work from home, especially in the current times where remote work has become more common due to the pandemic

The nature of blockchain development allows developers to work from anywhere in the world as long as they have a good internet connection and the necessary tools to do their work

In fact, many blockchain companies have fully remote teams and offer flexible work arrangements

This allows them to hire talented developers from all over the world without being limited by geographical location

However, it's important to note that not all blockchain development jobs are remote

Some companies may prefer to have their developers work on-site for security or other reasons

So, it's important to carefully read the job description and requirements before applying to ensure that you're comfortable with the work arrangements.
