The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving our IT systems infrastructure, including cloud services, identity and access management, automation tools, and mobile device management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) administration, a deep understanding of systems automation and scripting, and expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure our technology stack meets the needs of a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT systems improvements, ensuring security, scalability, and optimization

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, applications, and service integrations

• Administer and configure SSO platform for seamless user authentication across applications

• Manage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for company devices

• Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Automate routine administrative tasks to improve system efficiency

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement long-term solutions

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or similar role

• Expertise in security and system administration

• Experience with automation and scripting

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

The target base salary for this role will range between $165,000 to $210,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.
