Let’s go!Your mission As our Program Management Intern, you will support the Program Management team in coordinating and executing various projects and programs. You would help to facilitate clear and concise communication between the key stakeholders, support product teams in their effort to deliver product features on time and budget and help to foster a culture that encourages high performance of individuals and teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, project coordination, and team collaboration. What you’ll do

Assist Program Managers in planning, executing, and closing global strategy projects throughout Bitpanda Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented properly. Help in preparing and tracking project schedules, status reports and project progress. Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Bitpanda to ensure that project deliverables are met

Who you are

A person with basic understanding of project management principles and have strong organisational and time management skills. Equally adept at working independently while also collaborating effectively with others Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in Project Management, Business Administration, Law or a related degree Have a previous experience with project management and consulting (optional) What’s in it for you
