We are seeking a Growth Strategist with deep experience blockchain and crypto space. This role will be a core part of our dynamic strategy team, responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive growth strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate is a crypto native - a true "degen" - who lives and breathes this industry, with a proven track record of success in growth roles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of client's current strategies, tools, KPI's, team structures, analytics, personas, communities, and past efforts in the blockchain and crypto spaces
• Work closely with the Account Director and agency team to ensure client's strategic goals are met 
• Define and clarify the "why," "how," and "what" of our strategies within the context of blockchain, crypto, and onchain culture
• Develop funnel designs and workflows based on the established KPIs
• Conduct competitor analysis to gather insights and refine strategies
• Develop and execute channel tactics
• Oversee reporting and ensure all data is accurately represented and communicated
• Contribute to the development of a strategy framework and process within the crypto space

• Full accountability for the development and execution of the strategy.
• Positive outcomes based on the established strategy.
• High level of client satisfaction with the strategy and tactics.
• Positive peer reviews and perception of competence.

• Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role within the blockchain, crypto, and web3 space.
• Exceptional understanding of growth strategies and KPIs relevant to these industries.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying trends and insights in the crypto market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, works well with others.
• Deep immersion and understanding in a few of these pillars (e.g., DeFi, Trading/Alpha, L1s/L2s+, Infra, Yield strategies).
• Strong understanding of crypto culture and growth tactics used such as reward mechanisms and community campaigns
• Experience in data analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Product analytics, CRO tools, crypto-native growth tools

Nice to Have:

• Agency/consulting background
  
• Connected to other crypto networks, KOLs and communities
• Experience being in DAOs and with governance proposals
• Written proficiency in other languages
• Experience with business intelligence tooling, python, and other data-rooted growth marketing
