As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our legal team and support various legal functions within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in legal research, contract review, and analysis of regulatory requirements.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
- Collaborating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
- Keeping abreast of legal developments in the blockchain and crypto space.
- Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A law degree and a strong academic record.
- Qualified legal experience practicing law
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Knowledge or a strong interest in blockchain technology and the crypto industry.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
