The Opportunity
Solana Foundation is seeking a highly driven full-time Developer Advocate to join our Developer Relations team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, service-oriented, and business-minded individual who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on our educational resources. You will help us with scaling education across the world, work with educational partners on course offerings, and execute new coursework with universities to further achieve our educational growth goals.
To be successful in this role
You will:
Drive educational efforts across the world both with developer educators, companies, and partners
Coordinate with universities to ensure they have the best Solana education offered
Improve coursework and resources used for teaching Solana
Oversee education grant programs and ecosystem funding

Develop and execute educational initiatives and events
You ideally have:
3+ years professional technical experience in (or exposure to) one or more of the following: Rust, C, C++, TypeScript
A passion for educating developers on blockchain

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 3+ years of experience as a professional software developer or evangelist
Bonus points:
Has contributed to open source projects
Solana/Ethereum/Blockchain related open source projects is a major bonus as well
History of speaking at conferences or giving workshops
