HZ Music DAO is a groundbreaking platform that's revolutionizing the music industry. We're building a platform for music creators, fans, and rights holders to publish, distribute, and exchange Music NFTs, HZMZ tokens, and stake their holdings to create liquidity and opportunities for everyone involved in the HZ Music ecosystem. We're also pushing the boundaries by developing social metaverse experiences on Spatial to create an immersive environment with MetaMask and Solana integrations. This allows us to monetize digital assets, host content and events, and interact with our community in the metaverse.

As a UX/UI Specialist at HZ Music DAO, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of music. You'll work alongside our talented team of dApp developers, full stack engineers, front-end developers, and back-end developers to design appealing, interactive, and intuitive applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand technical feasibility and translate product vision into user-centric designs.
• Design user interfaces (UI) for our dApp, web platform, and metaverse experiences, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all HZ Music DAO touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UX/UI design, blockchain technology, and the metaverse.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• A passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and the metaverse (a plus).
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
