Your Impact:
Extend and scale Python-based trading infrastructure
Build integrations with DeFi protocols & smart contracts
Design real-time pipelines for on-chain & market data
Develop microservices for automation and strategy execution
Create internal tooling & monitoring systems
Optimize performance, latency and reliability
Potentially introduce Rust for latency-sensitive components
Leverage AI developer tools to increase productivity
Full ownership - from architecture to deployment.
Your Superpower:
5+ years of production Python experience
Strong async / concurrency knowledge
Experience designing distributed or real-time systems
Exposure to DeFi & blockchain concepts
Ability to read smart contracts
Pragmatic mindset toward performance & scalability
Fluent English
