Title: Equity Research Associate - Crypto Coverage

Role Overview: We are currently partnered with a leading financial institution that is looking to add an Equity Research Associate to its Digital Assets and Blockchain team in Washington D.C. Due to strong client demand and rapid developments in the sector, the firm is seeking talent that can support senior analysts in producing high-quality research, manage data-driven projects, mentor junior analysts, and work directly with senior team members to deliver actionable investment insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior analysts in the publication of equity research reports, thematic pieces, and industry primers.

  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and sector research on companies with exposure to cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and digital finance.

  • Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and investment recommendations.

  • Participate in due diligence processes, management calls, and industry conferences.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Asset Management.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and equity research processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital finance is a plus.
