Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Web3 Marketing Strategist with a proven track record of scaling blockchain-based projects and driving revenue above $100M. As a key architect of our growth, you will lead go-to-market strategies, forge meaningful partnerships, and execute data-driven campaigns across decentralized ecosystems.

This role is ideal for a visionary who thrives at the intersection of crypto, community, content, and conversions — and knows how to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end Web3 marketing strategies that increase token utility, user acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Build and nurture partnerships and co-marketing alliances with leading protocols, exchanges, influencers, DAOs, and DeFi/NFT projects.
• Lead campaigns across Web3-native channels including Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Mirror, Farcaster, Lens, and token-gated communities.
• Develop and implement tokenomics-driven incentive strategies (airdrops, staking rewards, referrals, NFT launches, etc.).
• Launch and optimize performance marketing initiatives across search, social, and programmatic tailored to crypto audiences.
• Lead community growth loops via ambassadors, bounties, and user-generated content.
• Analyze and report marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, token retention, TVL uplift, and community health.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, design, and data teams.
  

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of proven marketing experience, including 3+ years in Web3, blockchain, or DeFi.
• Demonstrated success scaling marketing strategy for a Web3 project with $100M+ in revenue or TVL.
• Established network of partnerships with crypto protocols, platforms, KOLs, and marketing DAOs.
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, tokenomics, on-chain analytics, and wallet-based targeting.
• Proven ability to grow and engage a crypto-native user base via community, narrative, and incentives.
• Familiarity with tools like Dune Analytics, Nansen, Token Terminal, Galxe, Layer3, Mirror, Notion, Midjourney, Framer, and AI content tools.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  

Proven Results / Success metrics Experience

• Experience launching or growing DAO-driven initiatives.
• Knowledge of NFT marketing, gaming/gamified ecosystems, or RWAs.
• Track record of building funnel strategies that convert crypto skeptics into loyal users.
• Increase in user growth & wallet activations
