Responsibilities:

    • Use data to provide value-added analysis on business operations;
    • Assist in managing the product roadmap, monitoring tasks, and escalating issues as needed;
    • Help with product operations, including BRD preparations and AB tests;
    • Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture;
    • Contribute to business performance reviews by creating and maintaining data dashboards to monitor and report operating metrics;
    • Support marketing team;
    • Assisting in project management.

Requirements:

    • Degree inManagement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.
    • At least 3-5 years’ directly related experience in a project management, business operation role.
    • A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages.
    • A natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data and an ability to analyse and break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear and simple language for communication.
    • Prior internal/client-facing consulting/business transformation experience preferred.
    • A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning and AI.
    • Bilingual English/Kazak is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
    • Background in financial services or investment banking would be a plus.
    • Experience in leading projects would be a plus.
