- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to transform business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and improve code quality.
- Stay up to date with new tools and technologies that could improve our workflows or systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in development, with knowledge of React and Python.
- Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Some experience debugging, improving existing code, and working on production systems.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring junior engineers and working effectively in distributed teams.
- Self-motivated, curious, and able to manage your time in a remote-first setup.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
- Experience in the crypto or blockchain ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Rust, particularly in building performant backend services.
- Experience managing engineering projects.
