Venture Capital Associate

Our client is a multi-strategy investment firm that is focused on blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies. They are currently looking for a Venture Capital Associate to join their investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence and assemble deal memos for all investment opportunities to present to the firm's partners.
  • Deal Sourcing
  • Attend Conferences (Expectations for quarterly travel to conferences)
  • Assemble detailed presentations and reports on the current state of the crypto industry and various use cases.
  • Manage the due diligence process and coordinate all meetings for every startup in the pipeline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with portfolio companies, founding teams, and startups for potential investment

Qualification

  • 2-5 of experience in crypto VC, trading, or incubation
  • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, especially DeFi and on-chain economies
  • Strong network within the crypto community (founders, investors, developers)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and intellectually curious
