The role & opportunity

We’re Cryptio. We build infrastructure to bring financial integrity to the crypto economy. Our enterprise-grade back-office and data platform powers mission-critical accounting, reporting, and operational workflows for institutions, corporates, and crypto-native organisations.

We’re trusted by leaders like Circle, Societe Generale, Uniswap, Gemini, and the Government of El Salvador, and we’ve raised $26m from top investors including Point Nine, 1kx, Tim Draper, and Ledger Cathay.

We’re hiring a BDR to fuel our pipeline and kick-start customer conversations. This is a launchpad role into enterprise sales: you’ll master how to open doors with some of the most innovative companies in finance and crypto, and build the foundation to step into an Account Executive role with time.

You’ll be prospecting, cold calling, experimenting with AI-driven outbound strategies, and learning directly from experienced sellers. If you’re hungry, curious, and eager to prove yourself in a competitive environment, this is the perfect entry point.

What you’ll do

  • Qualify and develop sales leads.

  • Build prospect lists and run outbound campaigns using our sales stack.

  • Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives.

  • Cold call daily and engage prospects directly and open doors.

  • Master Cryptio’s value proposition and explain it simply to different personas (CFOs, controllers, accounting teams, operations).

  • Tailor your pitch to each audience’s priorities.

  • Leverage AI tools to scale outreach without losing precision.

  • Track all activity and progress in Hubspot.

  • Support Account Executives on calls and with sales enablement.

  • Report directly to the Head of Revenue.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Is personally interested in crypto and engaged in the space.

  • Has 1+ year of SDR (or commercial sales) experience, or is a recent graduate with evidence of success in competitive environments.

  • Brings high energy, initiative, and professionalism.

  • Can manage time effectively and prioritise across multiple tasks.

  • Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to learn.

Why you’ll love this role

  • Accelerated growth path into an Account Executive role (9–12 months).

  • Learn directly from experienced enterprise sellers.

  • Be part of a sales culture built on curiosity and customer-first thinking, not tricks or games.

  • Exposure to some of the world’s most innovative companies in crypto and finance.

  • Training in crypto, product, and enterprise sales.
