World of Women (WoW) — one of the most culturally impactful brands in Web3 — is hiring a BD Manager to lead and scale our growth efforts across partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue initiatives. WoW is on a mission to build a more inclusive future through art, technology, and meaningful real-world experiences.

The Role
We’re looking for a strategic dealmaker with a strong network, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven track record in Web3 business development. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone excited to help drive the next chapter of WoW’s global expansion.

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute WoW’s business development strategy across Web3 and IRL channels

  • Build, lead, and manage the BD team with clear goals and KPIs

  • Identify and close strategic partnerships that grow revenue and brand visibility

  • Secure sponsorships and collaborations for WoW’s in-person events and global experiences

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and community teams to deliver value to holders and new audiences

  • Represent WoW at industry events and foster relationships with top Web3 players and partners

What you’ll need

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or driving strategic growth

  • Strong track record of generating new revenue streams and securing sponsorships for in-person events

  • Brings a well-established network of relevant contacts across Web3, consumer brands, media, and strategic partners

  • Proven experience leading teams and driving BD strategy from ideation to execution

  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and build long-term, strategic partnerships

  • Deep expertise in Web3, NFTs, or community-led consumer brands is essential

  • Strong grasp of the Web3 landscape, community dynamics, and the power of storytelling

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proactive self-starter with sharp execution, strong relationship-building abilities, and clear communication
