Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to facilitate transactions and liquidity
    • Develop and implement market maker business development strategies to achieve the company’s growth goals
    • Analyze market trends and competitors and provide liquidity strategy recommendations to the company
    • Coordinate internal teams including traders, risk management and technical teams to ensure smooth trading flow
    • Participate in product development and improvement to meet customer needs and improve market competitiveness

Requirements

    • Have a bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics or related fields, and have excellent English communication skills
    • Have experience in market making or trading, better to have solid clients relationships, and be familiar with financial markets and trading processes
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work with a variety of stakeholders
    • Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, and be able to make decisions quickly and cope with pressure
    • Applicants with in-depth knowledge of digital currency, securities or derivatives markets will be given priority
    • Have good teamwork spirit and self-motivation ability
