Zeta’s platform has facilitated over $12B in trading volume over the last year, and with the hotly anticipated launch of Zeta X (the latest iteration of their exchange) we are looking to redefine the trading experience on Solana with 5ms latency and thousands of TPS.


Role Overview:

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Lead to grow our trading ecosystem through partnerships, customer acquisition, and market maker relations. The ideal candidate will have deep crypto industry experience and a proven track record of driving key metrics like trading volume, TVL, and liquidity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive 3 key metrics - volume, TVL and liquidity on our exchange through partnerships and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Create and implement comprehensive business development strategies to position Zeta X as a trading layer for others to build upon.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, DAOs, traders and institutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through negotiations and successful onboarding
  • Manage market maker relations and programs on our exchange.
  • Leverage insights from partner/customer onboarding to identify areas for product and process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience
  • 2+ years working at a crypto exchange, trading firm or foundation
  • Demonstrated success selling to technical audiences
  • Established network within crypto protocols, institutions, or trading firms
  • Hands-on experience with perpetual futures trading

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical background or strong technical aptitude
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Databricks, Dune, Kaito, etc.)
  • Singapore based candidates preferred
