My client has an innovative team of 11, focused on revolutionizing the blockchain space with our MCPaas restaking infrastructure. We’re on the lookout for a talented individual to join us as our BD and Marketing Wizard.


About my client:

We are a tight-knit team of 11 individuals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the blockchain world. Our startup is at the forefront of developing a cutting-edge MCPaas restaking infrastructure, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation.


Your Role:

As our BD and Marketing Wizard, you will be the driving force behind our client-facing activities. Your responsibilities will include:


✨ Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring our solutions align with their goals.


✨ Content Planning and Execution: Lead the development of a comprehensive content plan, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.


✨ Roadmapping: Develop strategic roadmaps for marketing initiatives, guiding our team from planning stages through to successful execution.


✨ Seed Stage Budget Mastery: Operate efficiently within a seed-stage startup budget, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity in maximizing our marketing impact.


✨ Growth Hacking: Implement innovative growth hacking strategies to accelerate our market presence and user base.


✨ Metrics and Analytics: Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.


✨ Blockchain Evangelism: As a blockchain and crypto enthusiast, you'll be the voice of our brand in the community, spreading awareness and building relationships within the blockchain space.


✨Autonomous and Impactful: This is an autonomous role where you'll work directly with the founder, contributing significantly to the strategic direction and success of our startup. Your ideas and expertise will shape the future of our business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Blockchain/ Web3/ Crypto space.
  • Proven experience in BD and Marketing roles.
  • Proven success in growing social media and community in this space.
  • Product Marketing experience would be useful.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment, operating on a seed-stage budget.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
