We are looking for an Associate to support the CFO office in various projects and upcoming challenges. Directly reporting to the CFO and Investment Management you will bring the development of gruppeH as a group to a completely new level. About the company:

gruppeH is the financial holding of the software companies ONCARE GmbH, sqanit GmbH, and CONVIEN GmbH headed by serial enrepreneur Christian Hieronimi. In addition, the group invests early-stage venture capital (Pre-Seed to Series A) in exeptional teams with the ambition to change entire markets; especially with focus on healthcare and B2B SaaS.

ONCARE is a blockchain based content management system to make health care a lot more scalable, data driven and patient centric.

Sqanit is a software platform for after-market customer relations via QR codes and digital twins. The team has built an intelligent software suite around troubleshooting and customer communication.

CONVIEN is a data-driven software platform for enterprises and SMEs to organize your internal meetings a lot more cost-,time- and CO2-efficient.

Tasks

• You will work closely with the CFO and Investment Management on various projects such as company incorporations, company related research, fundraising and investor relations
• In the context of investor relations, you will be responsible for board presentations and KPI measurements
• In addition, you will support the Investment Management with commercial and financial due diligences of new investment- and M&A targets as well as market screening and competition analysis
• You will also prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and financial models for fundraising processes, subsidiaries, and internal meetings

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, private equity, auditing, or venture capital
• You have successfully completed your business studies with a strong academic record
• You are quick on the uptake, have a high willingness to learn and are very interested in personal and professional development
• You work precisely and conscientiously
• You have very good MS Office skills
• You have an entrepreneurial thinking as well as a hands-on and doer mentality
• Optional: experience in B2B technology industry in a similar role as well as in incorporation of companies and its legal challenges
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
