The Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Director who is passionate about telling stories and bringing them to life through holistic campaigns that balance the art & science of compelling marketing campaigns. You will bring your past experiences working with forward-thinking brands to Autograph as a marketing leader within the organization. You will help manage a growing department overseeing brand and project development. Your team will lead projects for specific NFT launches from creative campaign conception through to launch, inclusive of cross-functional collaboration, work with partner agencies, and execution of earned and paid media tactics in order to grow the Autograph and drive interest in the digital offering.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external strategic and creative partners to create groundbreaking marketing, pushing beyond the boundaries of what is expected for a brand in this space and beyond
- Understand and manage the campaign / product launch process from start to finish
- Lead growing internal marketing team; mentor younger teammates
- Manage complicated internal and external timelines and 3rd party partnerships
- Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with other members of creative, tech, partnerships and product teams
- Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts
- Set the bar for creative excellence
- Ensure strategy and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
- Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team
- Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
- Work across a number of projects simultaneously, maintaining standards and supporting team members
- Ideate with the team, considering pitch content, narrative and quality, thinking over several concepts to result in unexpected and energizing creative output
- Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
- Continuously iterate and improve our content and output
- Deliver results by working with both internal and external resources
Minimum Qualifications:
- A storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Power Point, Google Slides, Photoshop, InDesign, and others
- Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
- Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
- Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of marketing campaign strategy and execution.
- Recent hands-on experience
- Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
- Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
- Passion for digital storytelling
- Experience upholding and maintaining brand voice across multiple audiences
