About Us

theKOLLAB is a premier Web3 KOL Marketing Agency, bridging the gap between cutting-edge Web3 projects and high-performing influencers. With over 250+ KOLs in our network, $2M+ raised, and 100+ campaigns activated, we’re on a mission to scale the next generation of Web3 growth through strategic marketing.

We’re proud to be backed by Coin Bureau, one of the most trusted and recognized names in the crypto media space.

The Role

This isn’t a content monkey role. You’re not just pushing out memes and hoping for likes.

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll drive strategy, content, engagement, and performance across theKOLLAB’s social accounts (primarily X, but also other social platforms). On top of that, you’ll lead the execution for the social media management services we offer our clients.

You will ideate, write, design, and execute. You’ll track what works, iterate what doesn’t, and grow our presence with intention.

Responsibilities

  • Own theKOLLAB’s entire social presence — from strategy to publishing to analytics
  • Create and post native, high-engagement Web3 content (memes, threads, recaps, brand voice content, etc.)
  • Manage select client accounts — and shape how we deliver social media management as a service
  • Build and execute monthly content calendars (for us and clients)
  • Stay on top of Web3 trends, narratives, and micro-movements to keep content relevant and timely
  • Design visuals using Canva/Figma or similar (we’ll back you with designer support when needed)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (KOLs, BD, account managers, designers) to align messaging
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy
  • Suggest new formats, platforms, and experiments to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • Web3 native: You’re fluent in the culture, memes, narratives, and inside jokes. This is non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience managing & growing Web3 brand accounts (X especially)
  • Strong writing chops — you know how to write like a human, not a press release
  • Creative instincts with the ability to ideate and execute without micromanagement
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) — you can make things look good
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and shifting between brand voices
  • Data-aware: you know how to read basic analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage your own time, hit deadlines, and deliver consistently
  • Excellent communication and responsiveness in remote/async work environments

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working at a Web3 agency or with multiple clients
  • Knowledge of paid social, growth loops, or virality tactics
  • Motion/short-form video experience (GIFs, memes, reels, etc.)

Why theKOLLAB

  • Trusted by leading Web3 projects & backed by Coin Bureau
  • High-ownership role with creative freedom
  • Exposure to high-growth Web3 campaigns
  • Remote-first, async-friendly culture
  • Opportunity to shape our social service offering from the inside out
