What we're looking for
TON Studio is looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Moderator to work with Telegram Mini Apps Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing both new and existing applications to validate their functionality and alignment with Telegram’s evolving standards.

About the Team
TON Studio is a distributed team of passionate technologists building developer tools and infrastructure for the TON blockchain and Telegram Mini Apps. We collaborate closely with both the Telegram team and the TON Foundation to support builders and raise the overall quality bar in the ecosystem.
Our moderation team plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and usability of the Telegram Mini Apps ecosystem by carefully evaluating submitted projects and ensuring fair and consistent application of guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, unbiased assessments on Telegram Mini Apps functionality, security, and compliance.
- Review applications for adherence to Telegram's app policies and TON ecosystem standards.
- Provide support for developers and builders of web3 and web2 projects.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and internal reports on app reviews and outcomes.
- Monitor changes in Telegram and TON policies and ensure evaluation criteria remain up to date.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation; understanding of how mobile and web applications work, what modern user interfaces look like and what delivers a positive user experience will be a plus.
- Experience in IT, preferably in platforms related to messaging, social media, or app ecosystems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously in a remote setup.
- English proficiency (B2); clear written communication is essential.
- Basic knowledge of Web3 concepts and blockchain principles.
- Familiarity with Telegram, especially Mini Apps, is a plus.

- Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
- Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
- Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
