About Bond

Bond is launching on mainnet with $100M in LP commitments, a full DeFi product suite - Spot AMM, Perpetual DEX, Borrowing & Lending, Neobank, Vaults, and Stablecoin - and backing from 0g Foundation, re7, Midas, and Turtle Club. This is a multi-chain EVM superapp built to be the definitive home for on-chain finance.

The role

You'll own marketing end to end - running the growth engine that turns awareness into traders and traders into advocates. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean, early-stage team. You set the strategy and you also write the threads.

What you'll do

Strategy & Narrative

  • Support the CMO in shaping GTM across the full product suite - Spot, Perps, Lending, Neobank, Vaults, and the Stablecoin - and own its execution, from launch planning through lifecycle optimization.
  • Translate Bond's vision into a narrative for DeFi audience, which narratives Bond chooses to own, lead, explore.
  • Turn strategy into concrete plans, briefs, and campaigns, keeping the work grounded in user behavior, competitive moves, and market reality.

Growth & GTM

  • Execute launches across the product suite with narratives tailored to traders, LPs, borrowers, and users new to on-chain finance.
  • Own full-funnel growth - acquisition, activation, first trade, retention - and run experiments that move the metrics that matter: volume, TVL, market depth, repeat usage, fee revenue.
  • Turn funnel and cohort data into programs that close friction points in the user journey, and kill or scale them on evidence, not vibes.

Brand, Content & Community

  • Help build Bond's reputation as the trusted, credible home for on-chain finance, and keep the voice consistent across - coordinating design and brand execution as we scale.
  • Own content end to end - threads, announcements, explainers, thought leadership - alongside the KOL, media, and ecosystem-partner relationships that amplify it.
  • Grow a community of traders, builders, and advocates, and support the CMO and founding team on personal-brand storytelling.
  • Represent Bond at online and offline events - conferences, meetups, Spaces, AMAs - contributing to planning and on-the-ground event execution as part of a wider team effort.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in marketing, with a track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Experience marketing DeFi, trading, or financial products.
  • Ownership mindset; comfortable with high autonomy and ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
  • Excellent English; able to distill complex products into clear, sharp messaging.

Nice to have

  • Experience launching or scaling a consumer crypto/Defi product from zero.
  • An existing network among crypto KOLs, media, or EVM ecosystem partners.

What's in it for you

  • Strong package with real career growth at a DeFi project launching with serious backing; $80,000–100,000/yr in a negotiable combination of stablecoins and token allocation, with standard vesting. Your upside scales directly with Bond's.
  • High ownership: you define the function, not inherit a playbook.
  • Direct collaboration with the founding team on strategy and narrative.
