Seedworld Studios is a cutting-edge UCG platform at the intersection of Web3, gaming, and community-driven content creation. We are building a collaborative metaverse where players, creators, and brands co-create, shaping the future of digital economies and interactive storytelling.

We are looking for two technically savvy part-time weekend Community Moderators to engage with and support our growing communities on Telegram and Discord.

Responsibilities
Engage and Foster Community Growth
Actively interact with members on Telegram and Discord, addressing inquiries and fostering positive discussions.
Develop and implement strategies to encourage participation, collaboration, and community retention.
Manage Tools and Events
Utilize bots and automation tools to enhance community engagement, moderation, and organization.
Maintain and update an event calendar to inform the community about activities like AMAs, nft sales, competitions, and meetups.
Moderation and Content Management
Escalate unresolved issues to the community management team with appropriate context for resolution.
Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
Address violations or disputes promptly and diplomatically.
Collaborate with Teams
Gather and relay community feedback to project teams.
Communicate updates, announcements, and project milestones effectively.
Work closely with the marketing team to support community-driven initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.

Stay Ahead of Trends
Keep up-to-date with Web3, NFTs, and community management best practices to bring innovative ideas to Seedworld’s platforms.

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in community management within Web3, NFTs, or gaming spaces.
Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Telegram and Discord, including moderation tools and bot integration.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with the community and handle conflicts diplomatically.
Industry Expertise: Knowledge of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and dApps.
NFT & Gaming Familiarity: In-depth understanding of NFT and gaming communities is essential.
Independent Worker: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Professional Conduct: Represent Seedworld Studios in a professional and unbiased manner when handling community matters.

Location:
100% remote
