We are currently seeking a dynamic Community Manager with outstanding relationship-building skills to empower users and enhance their experiences across our diverse networks. Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging, from managing official channels to offering guidance on network governance proposals. You will also play a crucial role in supporting community-led initiatives such as the ambassador program and organizing engaging events like community calls.

As a key member of our community team, you will serve as the link between our ecosystem and the company, effectively representing and understanding the needs of both entities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the ecosystem and the company are aligned in their mission to make Web3 accessible to billions.

Join us in fostering the growth of the blockchain community on Astar Network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Community support such as Discord/Telegram/Forum (and/not limited to) other channels like Reddit in the future.
  • Organize community activities with clear strategy and measurable-expected outcome.
  • Participate in governance discussions.
  • Help onboard projects and users with a well-documented guideline.
  • Support and onboard ecosystem agents through the ambassador program.
  • Identify and collaborate with external communities to expand awareness of Astar's and other products'.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Capable of fully allocating the time at least for 20hours/week.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethereum/Polygon ecosystem and the community initiatives.
  • Native Japanese or Korean speaker is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Business-level English skill is must-to-have, at least for the writing skill.
  • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented.
