- Strategize and execute engaging social media content with an emphasis on platforms like LinkedIn + Twitter
- Be proficient in popular social platforms Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok (the latter two are for research purposes — you would only be creating for Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, and pays high attention to detail
- Continually brainstorm new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Reviewing ongoing analytics and optimizing content performance across all channels ongoing
- Repurpose long-form content, like newsletters or podcasts, into social-native content for Twitter and LinkedIn
- Proven history of skillfully engaging with current and potential community members with internet native tactics and skillful meme'ing
- Coordinate with client marketing, product, and exec teams to adjust and effectively communicate and engage with community as the project evolves over time
