Who we’re looking for
As members of a headless agency, all DAO members are co-owners of Myosin.xyz, with all members participating in both the financial upside and governance for Myosin. Our founding members are seasoned operators, hailing from venture studios, accelerators, and the top media agencies in the world.
Myosin is actively looking for expert Social Media Manager who is goal-driven and self-motivated team player with a passion for learning and growing in a collaborative environment.
As a Social Media Manager, you'll be expected to:
- Strategize and execute engaging social media content with an emphasis on platforms like LinkedIn + Twitter
- Be proficient in popular social platforms Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok (the latter two are for research purposes — you would only be creating for Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, and pays high attention to detail
- Continually brainstorm new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Reviewing ongoing analytics and optimizing content performance across all channels ongoing
- Repurpose long-form content, like newsletters or podcasts, into social-native content for Twitter and LinkedIn
- Proven history of skillfully engaging with current and potential community members with internet native tactics and skillful meme'ing
- Coordinate with client marketing, product, and exec teams to adjust and effectively communicate and engage with community as the project evolves over time
As a DAO member, you have the freedom to earn as much as you choose to work, and will be handsomely paid in crypto (ETH or USDC) for each Project that you work on, along with our $MYO token, which will enable you to access more crypto projects, vote for the use of community treasury funds, and lead the direction of this headless marketing DAO.

- Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
- Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
- Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
