We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our Developer Relations efforts within the CIS market. As the Developer Relations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a vibrant developer community, driving engagement, and facilitating the creation of innovative applications on the TON blockchain.
Key Responsibilities• Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, startups, and companies in the CIS market. Understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations, and effectively communicate these insights to the TON Foundation team. • Developer Advocacy: Serve as a passionate advocate for the TON blockchain within the CIS market. Showcase the technical capabilities and advantages of our platform to potential developers through various channels, including offline and online events. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive developer relations strategy tailored to the CIS market. Collaborate with internal teams to align developer initiatives with the overall goals of TON Foundation. • Event Management: Organize and participate in developer-focused events, hackathons, workshops, and conferences across the CIS region. These events will facilitate networking, learning, and collaboration among developers. • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to developers working on the TON blockchain. Help troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and ensure a seamless development experience. • Content Creation: Develop and curate educational materials, tutorials, and resources to assist developers in effectively using TON. These resources will empower developers to create innovative solutions. • Feedback Collection: Act as a bridge between developers and the TON Foundation, collecting feedback, suggestions, and insights to continuously improve our platform. • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze developer engagement metrics within the CIS market. Provide regular reports to the leadership team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications• Previous experience in developer relations, community management, or a related role within the technology or blockchain space. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its potential applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in English. • Proven experience in organizing and managing developer events. • Technical background. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Enthusiastic about engaging with developers and helping them succeed.
