Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). We are looking for a product manager to join our Protect team at Flashbots. In this role you will own our flagship Protect RPC and develop new products and developer tools for Ethereum wallets, applications, and end users.
Key responsibilities
Engage with wallets, applications, and end users to gather insights, understand their needs, and translate feedback into product requirements
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
Define, collect, and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and inform decision-making in new and existing product areas
Lead a cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle, from product discovery to execution to growth
What we look for
Years of experience in product positions
Deep passion and knowledge of the Ethereum application, wallet, and RPC ecosystems
Long history of on chain activity
Ability to use data to drive production development
Bias for action and ability to get things done in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating cross functional teams
