Who We Are At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by Crypto, ultimately contributing to every individual's freedom. OKX began as a crypto exchange giving millions of people access to crypto trading and over time becoming among the largest platforms in the world. In recent years, we have developed one of the most connected Web3 wallets used by millions to access decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets on a reliable platform that seamlessly connects with global banking and payments. We are deeply committed to shaping a fairer, more transparent and accessible society through blockchain technology. This is why we publish proof of reserves monthly, and continue to ship new innovative security features. About the Opportunity The Compliance department at OKX is responsible for ensuring that a company operates within the legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in the crypto space. This includes developing compliance programs and internal policies, monitoring and testing programs to ensure effectiveness, and training staff to prevent violations. The department acts as a safeguard, identifying risks and implementing controls to protect the organization from fines, legal trouble, or reputational damage. In essence, it helps the business do the right thing, the right way. We operate a global/local Compliance model, whereby subject matter experts within Central Compliance support local in-country Compliance Officers to ensure local regulatory obligations and risks are identified and addressed, while maintaining global consistent standards. The Compliance Governance team sits in the Central Compliance team as part of the Assurance Function. The team is responsible for policy management for the department, reporting to senior leadership, boards, and committees, and developing and implementing Compliance governance frameworks. What You’ll Be Doing

Policy & Standards Management: Support the review, update, and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines (PSPGs) to ensure consistency across jurisdictions. Identify and resolve conflicts between global and local documents, and ensure timely reviews. Collaborate with local compliance teams to align new PSPGs with applicable regulations and internal requirements. Develop and maintain standardized templates used across regions, and ensure all review and approval records comply with the company’s change management governance process. Compliance Reporting: Contribute to various reporting obligations by authoring and editing content, conducting data analysis, and ensuring all reporting materials are aligned, accurate, and cohesive. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including local compliance teams, central compliance functions, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence, to support coordinated compliance efforts. Governance & Oversight: Help establish and manage effective governance frameworks for both business-as-usual (BAU) operations and change initiatives, with a particular focus on areas impacting the compliance program.

What We Look For In You

Reporting & Presentations: Proven ability to draft, compile, and deliver compliance and risk reports with clarity and precision. Experienced in preparing high-quality presentation materials for Senior Management Committees and Board meetings. Data Analytics: Skilled in working with complex data sets to extract actionable insights. Adept at translating data into clear, meaningful visualizations and reports to support decision-making. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences. Time Management: Thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines while efficiently prioritizing and pivoting between multiple tasks. Technical Proficiency: Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools. Experienced in defining business requirements for technical implementations and proficient in Lark and the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets). Industry Expertise: 5-8 years of experience in regulated industries, with a focus on financial services, fintech, and cryptocurrency sectors.

Nice to Haves

Data analytics: write basic SQL queries and prior experience using data analytics tools such as Datawind, Tableau, and Looker.
