    • Collaborate with leadership to define hiring goals and role requirements
    • Build sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates
    • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes
    • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation
    • Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management -Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires.
    • Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks including documentation, account access, and introductions
    • Maintain and regularly update internal employee records, including contracts, compensation, and role details
    • Coordinate with HR and operations teams to align onboarding with compliance and company policies
    • Track onboarding milestones and provide feedback to improve new hire integration
    • Process & Candidate Experience - Design and implement scalable hiring and onboarding workflows
    • Champion a seamless, inclusive candidate and new hire experience
    • Track recruiting and onboarding metrics to refine processes over time
    • Support employer branding initiatives to showcase company culture
    • Team & Vendor Coordination - Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment with team goals
    • Coordinate with external recruiters, platforms, or HR partners as needed
    • Ensure internal systems and tools for recruitment and employee data are organized and up-to-date

Qualifications

    • 4+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations, preferably in a tech or startup environment
    • Strong understanding of hiring and onboarding processes for both technical and non-technical roles
    • Experience managing employee data and HR documentation
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR tools (e.g., Gusto, Notion)
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors
    • Familiarity with remote onboarding best practices
    • Knowledge of employment compliance and recordkeeping requirements
We’re a small, tight-knit team building the infrastructure that powers a new generation of financial products - on-chain, composable, and accessible to anyone. We believe the full potential of DeFi is still ahead of us, and we’re here to help unlock it. We also believe that great work comes from people who feel trusted, supported, and aligned with the mission. Here’s how we try to make that happen:
Health Coverage
We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees. For international contractors, we work closely to ensure access to appropriate local or global health coverage.
Flexible Time Off
We don’t track vacation days. Take the time you need to rest and recharge—we trust you to manage your schedule.
Remote-First by Design
Our team spans time zones and geographies. We work async, with a focus on autonomy over micromanagement.
Parental Leave
Paid leave is available for new parents, whether you’re the primary or secondary caregiver.
Learning & Development
We offer stipends to support ongoing learning - whether it’s a course, a conference, or something else that helps you grow.

We’re not here to build just another crypto project. We’re here to make DeFi usable, scalable, and meaningful. If that excites you, and you want to work with a group of people who care deeply about what they’re building - we’d love to talk to you
