evolving cryptocurrency landscape.Why We Need You: In this role, you will provide dedicated support to the Head of Business and Revenue, CLCO, and a Strategic Senior Advisor. Additionally, you will serve as a backup Office Manager, ensuring smooth operations within the New York City office. Your role is crucial in enabling these leaders to focus on their strategic objectives. You will be part of a broader EA team that serves as a center of excellence. This position reports into our Chief People Officer, is based in New York City, and offers a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities:

Provide executive support to the Head of Business and Revenue, CLCO, and Advisor, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Proactively anticipate the needs of the executives and act as a self-starter and leverage best practices in addressing them. Collaborate with various teams to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects, contributing to strategic goals. Manage complex travel arrangements and expense reports for executives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a backup Office Manager, overseeing administrative duties and operational workstreams to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in an administrative/office management role, with experience supporting senior executives. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to decision-making. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization. Proficiency with Google products and other relevant software applications.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $115,000 - $155,000 in the New York City. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
