Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team as our first engineering hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys tackling complex challenges from the ground up. As a key player in our project, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to shape the future of our cutting-edge product. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of our new and exciting project, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture.
  • Design and implement infrastructure with a focus on balancing immediate project needs with long-term scalability and vision.
  • Participate in and contribute to product and technical discussions to shape our strategy and achieve both short-term milestones and long-term goals.


Qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
  • Strong interest in blockchain technology and staying updated with industry trends. Experience in Rust or Solidity is preferred.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
  • Familiarity with database management (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining best practices for software development.
  • Ability to architect infrastructure with a clear understanding of short-term and long-term project goals.


Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Prior experience in financial technology or crypto projects.
  • A track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to launch.


Timezone:
 

  • Preference for candidates in the APAC or Europe timezones to align with our team’s working hours.
