We're looking for someone to fill the institutional-facing role and to become the primary conduit between the TON ecosystem and the existing financial world. The Director of Institutional Growth will lead TON’s relationships and strategy in the financial services industry and bring the world's largest institutions into the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Start, manage and grow relationships with financial institutions, including large asset managers, to encourage further TON engagement and investment. Ensure a seamless and professional experience for partners from initial contact through ongoing collaboration.
• Outreach: Help develop community outreach plans on behalf of TON and ecosystem projects.
• Investors Events: Organize and manage investor-focused events, including conferences, roundtables, and networking sessions.
• Partners Research: Identify and execute on data-driven research pieces from inbound inquiries and outbound contracting. Inbound inquiries include (but are not limited to): Nansen, Token Terminal, OurNetwork, etc. Outbound sourcing include (but are not limited to): Delphi Digital, Blockworks, Messari, etc.
• Partners Reporting: Help develop key messages for communication to existing and potential partners. Produce TON Partners Report monthly.
• Analytical Data: Work closely with the EcoDev team to ensure that all metrics shown on data analytics (such as Token Terminal, IntoTheBlock, CryptoQuant, DefiLlama, etc.) are in sync and in-line with expectations. Translate these metrics into data-driven internal and external reporting.
• White Glove Service for Partners: Provide exceptional, high-touch support to partners, ensuring all their needs are met with precision and excellence. Oversee the creation and delivery of comprehensive due diligence materials, primers, pitch decks, and tokenomics analysis.
• Tokenomics & Distribution: Oversee token distribution plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Educate partners and stakeholders on the tokenomics of the TON blockchain, including token issuance, distribution, and incentive mechanisms.
• Adoption: Work closely with the executive team to align institutional growth efforts with the overall organizational strategy to strengthen awareness and adoption of TON.
• Ecosystem Projects Success: Actively help VCs in TON raise capital for TON based projects by making introductions, research, due diligence memo, and other insights related to the deal.
• Public Speaking and Representation: Participate in media interviews, panel discussions, and public forums to represent the TON Foundation. Deliver compelling presentations and speeches to promote the TON blockchain and its initiatives.
• Quarterly STF Transparency Report: Aggregate data, lead working group, and execute Quarterly financial reports.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in leading positions at crypto VC firms or similar organizations
• Existing relationships with crypto VC firms and the ability to lead and manage these relationship (i.e. keep them closely informed of what is going on with the TON ecosystem)
• Experience working in a sales / BD context or working directly with external partners
• Native English speaker
• Presently located in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Understanding of TON and its ecosystem
• Outstanding communication skills

• Previous experience working in or with the tier1 crypto ecosystem
• Strong presence in crypto communities, social media (Twitter, etc.), and/or maintaining a crypto focused blog
