Team Description:Â
The Events team is looking for a dynamic Sponsorship Delivery Manager for its Sui-owned events to own the sponsorship post-contract delivery obligations and contribute to achieving great sponsor relationship management.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating smart and efficient process for managing and fulfilling service delivery tasks, have a sense of business acumen and is naturally a customer-oriented individual.
Role Description:Â
This role requires a systematic approach. You will create an organized, structured and seamless process of delivering sponsorship contractual obligations to our sponsors (who are the partners and project builders within the Sui community). You will establish yourself as a collaborative team member working effectively and in harmony with our internal cross-functional teams (events, integrated marketing, devrel, design). Your natural networking skills will be invaluable in cultivating trust and fostering longterm business relationships with our sponsors.
As a Sponsorship Delivery Manager, you will be in direct contact with our sponsors ensuring precision and timeliness in the delivery of sponsorship benefits as outlined in sponsorship agreements. You will be a trusted advisor and sponsorsâ main point of contact as they go along the process in preparing their sponsorship and marketing visibility before, during and after the event.
Responsibilities:
Sponsorship Delivery Management: Manage the entire onboarding-related tasks (post-contracting) for all sponsors, relating but not limited to branding exposure (website, online, socials) in collaboration with the integrated marketing team, and exhibition preparation (artwork, graphics, speaking engagements, house rules etc) in collaboration with the events and agency teams; before, during and after the event. Take full ownership of sponsor contractual fulfillment on all Sui-owned events: Sui Basecamp, Sui Overflow, Sui Builder House, Sui Connect, Sui Hacker House etc.
Account Management: Responsible for consistent sponsor liaison, handling CRM issues, providing regular updates on event preparations and progress while building trust and long-term relationship.Â
Ideate Offering and Inventory: Actively participate in continuous innovation of the existing sponsorship benefit inventory with the events and integrated marketing teams, and other potential sponsorship alternative offerings.
Continuous Feedback: Responsible for gathering post-event sponsors feedback, sponsor surveys and event testimonials.
Network and Attend IRL events: Manage operational and logistical needs of sponsors onsite. Proactively network, build relationships with sponsors and forge new connections.
Reporting: Create trackers and reports on sponsorship delivery status in related CRM & Notion.Â
Required Qualifications:
5+ years working in a global Event management companyÂ
5+ years in global B2B Event Sponsorship related roles (Sponsor Key Account, Sponsorship Sales, Sponsor Account Management)
5+ years exposure in Web3 or Software Technology industry
Fluent in English (verbal and written), additional languages a plus
Can work in a flexible schedule as sponsor clients and colleagues are based in global timezones
Proactive, independent, reliable and practice good judgement and integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing web3 or crypto clients globally (offline and in-person)
Experience in executing marketing campaigns
Experience in B2B consultative selling in a software or technology company
